QUOTATION
04. Material test bars will be retained for 3 months from the date of invoice.
05. Modification Charges in dies/patterns are extra if modification will call from your side.
General Terms & Condition :
01. The actual weight of dully fettled and sand/shot blasted casting will be considered for the cost calculation.
02. Our provided cost is according to the details received from you at the time of enquiry, any change in that
information will affect our costing.
03. Tooling developed by us will be your property subject to payment realization according to finalized terms .
04. At the time of material delivery, all the taxation will be applicable according to the rules of government of India.
05. Our Material test certificate contains the value of chemical composition, hardness, T.S., Y.S., % of Elongation of
castings.
06. Other testing charges will be extra and test bars will be provided with extra charges.
07. Changes in your requirement during the development or bulk production, the manufacturing cost of the material
with old requirement and entire development cost will be borne by you.
08. There will be upward revision in the rate in case of abnormal increase in of inputs, sudden change in government
taxes, duties etc.
09. We do not accept any product liability except for free replacement or refund against supplies . Any product liability
insurance cover concerning the supplies may be taken by you at your cost, if thought to be necessary by you.
10. Commercial disputes will be settled down under the Rajkot Jurisdiction only.
11. All the supporting documents for the domestic or international clearance for the goods will be provided by you.
12. You have to declare the tax exemption in your PO and will have to provide the supporting documents for getting
benefit.
13. Purchase order must be issued in favor of " Kelston Cast Pvt. Ltd." with reference of our quotation.
14. Address for sending the cheque or other documents will be as per above.
