By this Special power of Attorney, made on this 18th day of March 2009, I, Mrs. Bushra Fiaz
W/o Fiaz Ahmed Bajwa R/o 25-M, Civic Center Model Town, Ext. Lahore holding NIC#
35202-7553825-6 do hereby appoint Rizwan Arshad S/o Muhammad Arshad R/o House No.
137-A-2 PGECHS, Lahore holding NIC No.35202-4714387-3 as my Special Attorney in my
name and on my behalf to do or execute all or any of the following acts or things in connection
with my Vehicle Regd No. LEA -08- 1807 (Suzuki Cultas) bearing Chassis No. 407034 Engine
No. F505929, Model 2007 (White Clour) which are being deposited properly.

1. The attorney shall use the Vehicle as it is used by the owner itself.
2. The attorney shall deal with the matters of Insurance of the said Vehicle and in case of
any accident / loss of the Vehicle, the attorney shall receive the amount of claim.
3. The attorney shall have the right to transfer the said vehicle to any person or himself.

And I, hereby agreed that all acts, deeds and things legally done by the said Attorney
shall be construed as act and things done by me and I undertake to ratify and confirm the
same as if personally done by me and confirm al and whatsoever my said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of the powers hereby given.
