AFFIDAVIT

We, the undersigned legal heirs of the late Ashraf Ali Chaudhry S/o Chaudhry
Muhammad Ali R/o 452-B, Canal View Society Lahore do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare on Oath as under:

1. That the late Ashraf Ali Chaudhry S/o Chaudhry Muhammad Ali R/o 452-B, Canal
View Society Lahore was a bona fide member of Bahria Town, Lahore vide
membership No. LCO-03844 and was allotted plot no. 1773-C in Sector Bahria
Orchard measuring 5-Marla.

2. That he was Muslim by religion and died on 26-06-2010.

3. That the late Ashraf Ali Chaudhry left behind the following legal heirs.
i. Mst. Nasreen Tahira W/o Ashraf Ali Ch., R/o 452-B, Canal View, Lahore Age 51Y
ii. Waqas Ashraf Chaudhry S/o Ashraf Ali Ch. R/o 452-B, Canal View, Lahore Age 33Y
iii. Bilal Ashraf Chaudhry S/o Ashraf Ali Ch., R/o 452-B, Canal View, Lahore Age 24Y
iv. Muhammad Usman Ashraf Ch. S/o Ashraf Ali Ch. R/o Same as above Age 19Y
v. Mehwish Chaudhry D/o Ashraf Ali Ch., R/o 452-B, Canal View, Lahore 27Y
4. That to the best of our knowledge and belief there is no other legal heir.
We the above named heirs of Ashraf Ali Chaudhry do hereby verify that the
contents of Para 1 to 4 are true and correct to the best of our personal knowledge
and belief and nothing has been concealed therein and no part of it is false.

2. The we the undersigned legal heirs have no objection of the said plot/membership is
transferred in the name of Waqas Ashraf Chaudhry S/o Ashraf Ali Chaudhry, R/o
452-B, Canal View, Lahore, and her name is entered as the owner of the plot/member of
Bahria Town and all rights & liabilities in relation the above mentioned plot are
transferred in favour of Waqas Ashraf Chaudhry.
3. That we have given up our legal share in the said plot while being in our full senses
without any duress, coercion or consideration.

contents of Para 1 to 3 are true and to the best of our personal knowledge and belief and
