ECONOMIC: Econimc globalization refers to the increasing interpendence of world economies as a result of
the growing scale of cross- border trade of commodities and services, flow of international capital and wide and
rapid spread of technologies.

ENVIRONMENTAL: Environmental globalization refers to thhe internationally coordinated practices and


regulations (often in the form of international treaties) regarding environment protection.

CULTURAL: Cultural globalization refers to the trasmission of ideas, meaning and values around the world in
such a way as to extend and intensity social relations. Cultural globalization involves the formation of shared
norms and knowledge with which people associate their individual and collective cultural identities.

RELIGIOUS: From religious or theological perspectives, globalization calls forth religious response and
iterpretation… Religious identify themselves in relation to one another, and they become less rooted in particular
places because of diasporas and trasnational ties.

POLITICAL: Political globalization refers to the growth of the worldwide political system, both in size and
complexity. Political globalization is one of the thee main dimentions of globalization commonly found in
academic literature, with the two other being economic globalization and cultural globalization.

IDEOLOGICAL: According to steger, there are three main types of globalisms (ideologies that endow the
concept of globalization with particular values and meaning): market globalism. Justice globalism, and religious..
market globalism seeks to endow globalization with free-market norms and neoliberal meanings.
MILITARY: Military globalization is defined by david held as “ the process which embodies the growing
extensity and intensity of military relations among the political units of the world system… The globalization of

SOCIAL: The social dimension of globalization refers to the impact of globalization on the life and work of
people, on their families, and their societies… Beyond the world of work, the social dimension encompasses
security, culture and identity, inclusion or exclusion and the cohesiveness of families and communities.
