Compensation survey
Reconciliation of difference and Benchmark jobs
The selected sonic positions are evaluated based on a given Benchmark position based on laid

down similarities in terms of experience, education, and responsibilities. The compensation

survey is conducted using the Benchmark jobs.

The software development benchmark positions require someone highly skilled and, as a result,

must be well educated or have the necessary years of experience to execute their assignments

effectively. They are responsible for ensuring the product development meets the requirements

of the end-user. They report directly to the management of the organization.

The customer service specialist job matched with the customer representative job. These jobs

did have similar requirements in terms of skill. However, the benchmark position did not

require someone with a college degree. There was a difference of -1% in terms of education

level.

There is a marked similarity between the office assistant position and administrative assistant.

They do not require someone with a college degree to execute their duty.

The benchmark marketing director position has similar to the sale and marketing position.

However, the main difference is that a marketing director requires somebody with a college

degree and more years of experience in the marketing profession.

The operations Benchmark has more responsibilities. Therefore, the individual needs to have

the necessary experience and education level to execute their duties effectively. However,

compared to the E-sonic positions, an individual with a limited education level and experience
3

can still get the job done. Operations assistant 3 is the lowest-ranked position, and the

education level is a high school diploma.

The benchmark analyst position has similar roles to the E-sonic position of Director of Market

analysis. Their education level, experience, and responsibilities don't vary. A marketing analyst

must have a college degree with a bias for quantitative analysis to complete their assignments.
