Apparently women are indecisive (kinda true in my experience tho). He says that if you're at
a restaurant and she doesn't know what to order, you should order for her. He says in all
caps that she will LOVE IT.
Make yourself unavailable by rejecting certain dates. “Saturday I can’t” and “I’m busy the
whole week.” I noticed that in the book, a lot of, if not all of the strategies are focused on
making women jealous ouf you. I’m not sure how well that could work but I don’t think
these are particularly ethical tactics
The “takeaway” technique says that after some time talking to her, try playfully saying
something that represents disapproval like “Aw fuck, I can't believe you’ve done this” or
“That’s it, you’ve lost me. I’m giving you the silent treatment for 2 minutes.” She’ll try to get
your attention back.
Make her feel special. Make her aware that you have many options but for some reason, you
are drawn to her.
View dating as a market. Men pay for the promise of sex with the promise of commitment,
and women do the opposite. Apparently, if you promise commitment to a woman, she is
more likely to want to sleep with you.
He mentions the “bachelor effect”. The more women are attracted to you, the more women
are going to be attracted to you. Basically, if other women see you as a good choice, this is
bound to influence their friend’s opinion about you. They’ll think “he is probably not a bad
choice if all my friends and all these other women like him.”

Chocolate: As mentioned above, any gift will cause a release of oxytocin in the recipient,
which leads to feelings of attraction and bonding. But chocolate also has a chemical
composition with feel-good compounds. Theobromine, a central nervous system stimulant, is
similar to caffeine but is said to have mood-boosting capabilities as well. Chocolate also
contains phenethylamine, which, along with theobromine, can trigger endorphin and
dopamine release.
