Safety in workplace in LKB assembly company. First of all, I would like to introduce my college.

importance of safety
then in the second topic is warning sign
next in the 3rd part is SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
then in the the 4th and the 5th topic are SAFETY PRECAUTIONS and SAFETY PROCEDURES
next in the 6th part is 5S PRINCIPLE IN FACTORY
and finally, I’d like to end with a summary of our presentation
Now let’s move to 1st part of my talk which is about our company and safety in workplace
introduction
Our company, the LKB assembly company, is a car assembly business that is part of the
automotive industry, which is the final part of the automobile manufacturing process. Before
sending it to the brand owners, we founded this company because the automobile industry is one
of the main industries in Thailand. According to the Thailand Customs Department report in
2017, the automotive industry accounts for 10% of the GDP by sectors or approximately 1.6
trillion baht, Therefore, as long as the person is still using the car, we are still able to continue this
business. In addition, I think that in the future, Automotive industry will continually grow because
Nowadays, people are starting to pay attention to alternative energy and environmental
friendliness, so electric vehicles are becoming World megatrend due to the use of batteries instead
of Fossil fuel.
An important part of this presentation, we will talk about Safety in Workplace. According
to the Social Security Office's report in 2015, there About 13% of the total workforce, or 4.99
million people, injured from work and died more than 500 people every year, so security policy is
necessary for every company
From chapter 2, We are an assembly plant that requires assembly lines. Assembly lines
mean a line of workers or machine in a factory work on a product .a worker performs a job and
then the product move to the next worker or machine. Since it is a continuous production process
consisting of workers and robots There may be human error and robot failure. Which sometimes
causes an accident such as a malfunction of the robot arm, Fire incident, Electric shock etc.

บริ ษทั ของเราชื่อ LKB assembly company เป็ นบริ ษทั ที่ทำโรงประกอบรถยนต์ซ่ ึงเป็ นส่ วน
หนึ่งของอุตสาหกรรม automotive ซึ่งเป็ นส่ วนสุ ดท้ายของกระบวนการผลิตรถยนต์ ก่อนจะส่ งให้
เจ้าของแบรนด์นำออกขาย พวกเรา 5 คนก่อตั้งบริ ษทั นี้ เพราะว่าอุตสหกรรมรถยนต์เป็ น
อุตสาหกรรมหลักอย่างหนึ่งของประเทศไทย ข้อมูลจากกรมศุลกากรพบว่ามีสดั ส่ วน GDP เป็ น 10
% หรื อมีเงินประมาณ 100000000 ไหลเวียนภายในอุตสาหกรรมนี้ ตราบใดที่จำนวนประชากรเพิ่ม
ขึ้นเราก็ยงั สามารถดำเนินงานต่อไปได้ นอกจากนี้ ในความคิดเห็นของผม ผมคิดว่า ในอนาคต
อุตสาหกรรมจะยังเติบโตได้อีกเพราะ EV เป็ น World megatrend ที่เป็ นเมนหลักในสังคมทัว่ โลก
เพราะเรื่ องความสะอาดของพลังงานและการรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมโดยใช้แบตเตอรี่ แทนการใช้เชื้ อ
เพลิงจากฟอซซิล
โดยส่ วนสำคัญของการสำเสนอนี้เราจะพูดถึง ความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงาน จากรายงาน
ของประกันสังคมพบว่ามีผบู้ าดเจ็บจากการทำงานประมาณ 13 % หรื อ 4.99 ล้านคน ในปี 2015 และ
เสี ยชีวิตจากการทำงานราว 500 คน/ปี ในทุกปี ดังนั้นนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัยจึงจำเป็ น
จากชีทบทที่ 3 เราทำโรงประกอบรถย์ซ่ ึงต้องมี assembly line ที่มีกระบวนการผลิตที่ต่อ
เนื่องกันประกอบด้วยคนงานและหุ่นยนต์ ซึ่งบางครั้งก็เกิดอุบตั ิเหตุได้อย่างเช่นการำงานผิดพลาด
ของแขนกล การเกิดเหตุไฟไหม้ การโดนไฟชอตเป็ นต้น
โดยสรุ ปแล้ว เรามีรูปแบบป้ ายเตือนภายในโรงงาน 3 ประเภทได้แก่ 1 2 3 และมี WI เกี่ยวกับการ
ทำงานจองแขนกลเพราะเราทำงานกับมันตลอดเวลา การกระทำที่ปลอดภัยคือการสวมใส่ ppe
และ.... ในส่ วนของมาตรการระวังภัย จะมีสามส่ วนที่นำเสนอ คือ การระวังภัยเมื่อ ไฟไหม้ท่านต้อง
...... การเกิดความผิดพลาดของแขนกล .............. การโดนไฟชอต ............ และสุ ดท้ายการประยุกต์
