My name is Dianece Hollingsworth, and I am the Managing Broker for H & P Property
Management, Located in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. I have been in real estate since 2004 and have
worked in all the surrounding counties from Huntsville down to Walker County. If I get a customer
who is interested in areas further out, I have friends all over the state who will take good care of
my customer’s needs. I love this area and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
The thing that I love about our area is that it is so diverse with history and art, musical history,
musicians, and so many things to do and see. So, it’s not hard to convince out-of-towners that this
is a wonderful area to live in and to raise their children here.
In fact, when I am not working, I love spending time with my 7 grandsons, ages 7 - 18, who I
absolutely adore! In the past, I taught Spanish at Kilby for two years, and then I became a Spanish
teacher at several local high schools. Also, I taught English for several years at UNA to incoming
foreign students, some of whom became actual real estate customers. That’s because when their

meaning if you have any idea or thought about selling your home, THIS IS THE TIME TO DO IT!!

I have never in all my days as a real estate agent seen the local market with so many homes
