Not a problem. Next week would probably be better as we will look at the task for the first time on Tuesday,
that way we can go through some examples and the questions first. Does Tuesday night suit?

Hi there, 

Madison has been snapshotted at an D grade for History as she has not

met a satisfactory standard for the most recent assignment. Her task
was completed however it did not fully answer each question required.
She may need some assistance regarding refinement in her expression as
this would have increased the fluency of her writing. 

We are about to start the next task which requires her to analyse
sources and respond to a series of questions in a specific manner. To
support her with this I would be happy to work with Madi in after school
learning catch up sessions (which are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
and Friday until 4 pm). If you think this would be useful please let me
know and we can arrange a time to meet. 

Alternatively please let me know if you would like to discuss the matter

further.
