loosens muscle and reduces stiffness and aches. Massage can help reduce muscle tension by reducing
the pressure on joints

Build-up of lactic acid in muscles can prevent the movement of blood. Massage helps circulation by
pushes blood through areas congested by lactic acid. The squeezing and pulling actions of massage
flushes lactic acid from muscles and helps improve circulation.

Stiff muscles can lead to reduced blood flow to the soft tissues and therefore restrict movement.
Massage reduces swelling and help lower the associated pain.
Massage works on muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints, and can improve your
flexibility and range of motion, keeping your joints more fluid and making them less injury prone.
Massage stimulates the production of the body’s natural lubricants to help maximize joint and muscle
flexibility.
