INTRODUCTION
A. Company’s Profile
Crushty crunch is a locally owned snack outlet. Crushty crunch will provide a
combination of excellent food at value pricing, with fun packaging and atmosphere.
Crushty crunch is the answer to an increasing demand for snack-type fast food, to be
consumed while gathering and walking around.
In today's highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly
difficult to differentiate one snack outlet from another. As we know that Garut is a
city that produce varieties of spicy snack and food. Our main priority is to establish
one outlet in this city. Later, our effort will be a further development of more retail
outlets in the surrounding area. Crushty crunch will produce a snack that named
cheesestick. Our cheesestick has 2 varieties of taste, there are original and spicy taste
with different level.

Our business vision is to make our product is well known by public and to
give approach to people that cheesestick can be made with different taste so the

used to represent coolness and simplicity. The colour white is also

Black: Memorable and communicative of a brand’s attributes. Black is
to be taken seriously. It represents power, luxury, sophistication and
exclusivity.
Red: red colour is eye-catching its usually used to indicate the taste of
food is spicy, red also will make you hungry and also as appetizing.

3. Steps
First, mix the wheat flour, tapioca flour, flavor, and salt in a bowl, stir it well

Crushty crunch is a locally owned snack outlet. Crushty crunch will provide a

in Cibatu. Crushty Crunch has one product that is cheeseestick. Cheesestick has 2 varities
taste, original and spicy with different levels. This company is leaded by Rizka Noviani
Rahayu as director and my partners, Ilma Darojah (Marketing Manager), Elsa Nisrina
(Financial Manager) and Ratna Fitrianita (Product Marketing). Our company needs around
Crushty crunch produce about 40 pcs cheesestick per day, and for every pcs about Rp.
6.000,-. Our product can be consumed by various age. Our costumers can buy our product in
