CHAPTER I

INTRODUCTION
A. Company’s Profile

Crushty crunch is a locally owned snack outlet. Crushty crunch will provide a
combination of excellent food at value pricing, with fun packaging and atmosphere.
Crushty crunch is the answer to an increasing demand for snack-type fast food, to be
consumed while gathering and walking around.
In today's highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly
difficult to differentiate one snack outlet from another. As we know that Garut is a
city that produce varieties of spicy snack and food. Our main priority is to establish
one outlet in this city. Later, our effort will be a further development of more retail
outlets in the surrounding area. Crushty crunch will produce a snack that named
cheesestick. Our cheesestick has 2 varieties of taste, there are original and spicy taste
with different level.
B. Vision

Our business vision is to make our product is well known by public and to

give approach to people that cheesestick can be made with different taste so the

cheesestick is more varied.

C. Mission

Our main goal is to be one of the most successful snack outlets in Garut,

starting with one retail outlet located in Cibatu. Crushty crunch will strive to be a

premier local snack brand in the local marketplace. We want our customers to have

the total experience when visiting our outlet(s) to taste our product.Our main focus

will be serving high-quality food at a great value.

D. The Objectives of Company

1. Providing the highest quality product

2. To introduce snacks cheesestick as an important and healthy part of the day.

3. Aiming to meet the needs of the community about spicy food.

1. The meaning of colour and shape of the logo:

 Background (white)
White can represent a succesfull begining of business. White is often
used to represent coolness and simplicity. The colour white is also
associated with love-fat foods.
 Text (black and red)
Black: Memorable and communicative of a brand’s attributes. Black is
to be taken seriously. It represents power, luxury, sophistication and
exclusivity.
 Red: red colour is eye-catching its usually used to indicate the taste of
food is spicy, red also will make you hungry and also as appetizing.
 Shape (Square)
Suggest conformity, peacefulness, solidity, security, and equality.

 selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

 organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

 liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff

 supervising the work of junior staff

 organising relevant training sessions

H. Product

Our company will be dealing in the manufacturing of a product,it is cheesestick with

different level, they are:

 Original

 Spicy (Level 1,2 and 3)

1. The ingredients of cheessestick

 4 kg of wheat flour
 8 pcs of flavoring
 1 pcs of salt
 1 kg of eggs
 1 kg of oil
 12 cloves of garlic
 1 kg of tapioca
 12 leaves of lime
2. The tools
 Bowl
 Spatula
 Spoon
 Frying pan
 Pasta maker
 Knife
 Plastic package
 Plastic Bag

3. Steps

 First, mix the wheat flour, tapioca flour, flavor, and salt in a bowl, stir it well

 Add the egg and mashed garlic. Stir it until become a dough

 Next, put a cup of an oil into the dough, then stir the dough until it becomes

dull.

 Give the water gradually until smooth. If the dough is still as starchy and

cracked, continue to knead the dough until it becomes completely dull.

 Let stand the dough for a moment.

 Then, grind the dough using pasta maker. Don’t forget to spread the wheat

flour on it to avoid the dough become sticky

 Heat the frying pan and pour the oil. Then, fry the cheese stick until the color

become golden

 Lift and drain the cheese stick


 Last, give the flavoring and spicy to the cheese stick. Then, cheese stick is

ready to package.

4. Packaging

Crusty Crunch Cheese stick is packaged uniquely and presented by various

level of spicy. There are 3 level of spicy that will make the customers are interested,

especially for them who loves spicy food. Beside, there’s original flavor too. We used

high quality and durable plastic for the cheese stick so it will not change the original

taste of it. With affordable price for everyone and good taste, we believe this business

will work.

For all the materials that we have been used, it produced 40 package in a day.

I. Marketing plan

Customer are the most important thing factor in business because we can offer

our product to customers and it can increasing in selling the product.

1. Target Market

This product can be consumed by of all ages such as children, adolesence, and

adult, because this product in general preferred by various age.

2. Distribution and promotion

We will introduce our product to costumers, including:

 Promote the product at CFD Garut for a month (every sunday)

 Promote our product through social media such as instagram

@hotcheesestick and WhatsApp.


 Promote to our friends by give them the tester first, entrust our product

to the small shop, and also we will promote to students around STKIP.

 And we give discount Rp. 2000 to customers every buy 2pcs.

J. Financial Document

Investment that we invested in this business is Chesse Stick that will be sold to

consumers. Capital that is required to start this business amounted to Rp. 200.000. The details

CHAPTER III

CONCLUSION

Crushty crunch is a locally owned snack outlet. Crushty crunch will provide a

combination of excellent food at value pricing, with fun packaging and atmosphere. Located

in Cibatu. Crushty Crunch has one product that is cheeseestick. Cheesestick has 2 varities

taste, original and spicy with different levels. This company is leaded by Rizka Noviani

Rahayu as director and my partners, Ilma Darojah (Marketing Manager), Elsa Nisrina

(Financial Manager) and Ratna Fitrianita (Product Marketing). Our company needs around

Rp. 200.000,- for the capital.

Crushty crunch produce about 40 pcs cheesestick per day, and for every pcs about Rp.

6.000,-. Our product can be consumed by various age. Our costumers can buy our product in
our own company in Cibatu or contact our instargram/whatsapp at

@hotcheesestick/081221633851.
