Proper Noun is the specific name of a person, place, thing, or event. Their first
letters are capitalized.
Examples: Meggie Ledesma, Manila City Hall, Philippines
Common Noun is the general name of a person, place, thing, or event. The first
letter of a common noun is usually not capitalized except when it is used as the first
word of the sentence.
Examples: candidate, hand, nomination, election, school
Here are some proper nouns whose letters or first letters are capitalized.
