File and pass sample are collected from PPC department

Fabric and its report are collected from the fabric department

Size set sample is cut using pass patterns

Size set sample is approved by quality department

A meeting is held before the production starts

If the size set sample is correct, order is given to start bulk cutting

Pass patterns are collected

Lay is checked when it is being laid

Cutting Stickers are put (keeping shrinkage in mind)

Embroidery(if) Fusing (if) Re-cutting(if)

Inspections are done according to AQL 2.5
