make the department more efficient in the delivery of quality education. The
rationalization plan gives all employees, students, and stakeholders of the
department the avenue to address all its needs in easy and fastest way. If all the
issues and concern form the department is address in proper and quick, it will
help the department perform better and with high standard.

With my In my realization, the Department of Education from Central, to regional down to
