The Manipulation

First of all I would like to thank you all for purchasing this E-Book. This E-
Book will be all you need to enter the world of Social Engineering. But what is
Social Engineering exactly? Social Engineering refers to the psychological
manipulation of people into performing actions or divulging confidential
information. How could you do that you might say if your not some kind of a
psychologist or a mind-reader. Well in this E-Book you will learn some
methods that are 100% guaranteed to work against those companies I
mentioned below.
You will be guided from the most easy SE you can do to some more advanced
ones.
I would like to mention this guide is based on the USA Customer Service and
Links. If you live outside of the USA just lookup for the company link from
your country or the European Site. The steps should be similar.

First of all let’s start mentioning all the terms I will be using during the guide:
➢ SE – Social Engineering
➢ Drop Shipping – Providing the goods by direct delivery from the
manufacturer to the customer. You will just be paid for the
product.
➢ VCC – Virtual Credit Card
➢ SN – Serial Numbers of the products.
➢ Drop – Alternative location to have packages delivered ( safe way not to
get billed by the company ) ( most of the times 98% they don’t bill but I
will provide the safest methods I have so I highly recommend using this)
➢ POP – Proof of purchase ( a fake receipt , you will generate this using a
fake receipt generator I provided below )
➢ VPN – Virtual Private Network ( This is a service for hiding your real
IP ) , ( You can get cracked accounts from Nulled.to for some VPNs )

So after all the boring stuff, let’s start the real deal. The first thing we will
want to SE will be a small cup of coffee. Isn’t that cute? Everything should
start with something small. But by the end of this E-Book you will learn some
more advanced stuffs.
Everyone knows about Starbucks right? So that’s where we will start:

First chapter
Starbucks
Please follow all the steps carefully to not fail this one. If you are failing this
one try it multiple times since this is the most basic SE you could ever done.
• First of all go to:

• From the dropdown list choose “The beverage I ordered at the store”
• So now we need to write a little story about the day you ordered that
coffe. We need an introduction “On your way to
school/highschool/college/work etc. you went to a Starbucks like you do
usually. You were so happy to drink your morning coffee, except this
time, the shop was pretty full and busy. The customer service on this
busy day was pretty awful”. Now you after you build the basic
introduction to the story you need to add the problem that you had with
them in that specific day, e.g “your coffe didn’t came up as it should”
“it had a weird taste/smell etc” you can came up with many excuses
“you’ve noticed this on your way to your highschool/work etc, but you
were in a rush too so you didn’t observe this till you got to the place you
needed to go to”
• To make this a successful SE you need to use your REAL info. Use an
nearby Store Location , complete all the info in boxes.
• Starbucks will (maybe) ask you more about your experience OR
they will just instant apologize.
• After they apologize, they will send you a $10 Gift Card via email or
directly.
• This SE should take you about 10-15 minutes.

Yankee Candle

o Pick any candle ( price doesn’t matter )
o Pick your method of contacting them.
o In my case the Email Method worked better. But you can use any you
want.

o Before you call them or email them you need to make the story again.
What can we say it’s wrong about a candle? Well actually a lot “ the
smell was weak “ “ the wicks were poorly placed “ “missing wicks”. Get
creative with the story.
o If emailing, generate a receipt. ( Just to be safe make one even you are
phoning them )
o The rep should give you a code for a free replacement candle.
o You can now use this method to get a few codes and start drop shiping
these to customers houses. So, you can pick whatever platform you
prefer, Ebay, FB, Selly, Idc. And get these things shipped to wherever
you need them to go!

Simple way to $30-50 Visa Gift card

▪ You should find an expensive pack of razors / blades which must cost
near 30 to 50 dollars
▪ Now you must speak about the razors,how often you are using them,
how usefull they are and were for you in the past and how they were
perfect until last buy

▪ Next step is to explain them the problem you are having with the
blades like how they are cutting you, how they are getting “older” so
fast etc.
▪ After all you must show your disappointment because you spent
such amount of money and you didn’t receive quality blades like old
times you used to
▪ The secret is to remain calm and try to make them cooperate and ask if
they can do something for your problem
▪ It is possible to be asked about some product information and what
you have to do is to tell them that you never had problems with them
until now and you didn’t even think that you will ever have and you
didn’t keep the pack
▪ They may ask you from where did you buy it , and all what you have to
do is just to pick a store.
▪ In the end, the same amount of dollars that you were speaking about
should be on its way to your Visa card

Marlboro’s Cigarettes
First step is to call on this number (1-800-898-2888) but you must know
that they are not open 24/7 and you must find a good hour to reach
them.
An operator will pick up the phone and you will tell them that you are
calling for Marlboro,after that you will be directed to a robot which you
must tell him “QUALITY CONTROL”
Once we have a human at the phone we need to tell him what we did.We
bought a pack of cigarettes ( you must chose one of them like
Menthol,Black,Reds, Gold,Short, Tall etc.)
After that you must explain to the operator that you have been
smoking for years and is easy for you to know when a cigarette is
bad and when one is good
Now the secret is to let him know that the cigarettes seems to be stale,
this word means that they cigarettes have a bad taste from being old
The best way would be to find a photo with a pack of cigarettes to let
him know about more information about the product but you can also

tell him that you have threw it away because the cigarettes were bad
and seems to be a trash at all
THEY REQUIRE YOU TO BE 21 YEARS OLD.
If you are not 21 years old you must borrow someone’s id
etc.Sometimes they ask for detalils on the license, sometimes they don’t
do that but you must be safe.
You will have to answer to a few questions like from where did you
buy the carton and how much it costed
Recommended is to say that you have bought from Walmart near you
because they don’t allow returns of the open cartons.
What you have to do next is to tell them that the carton was
between 50-90, but be sure you know the cigarettes’s prices in your
living area to not raise any suspicion
The last step is to give them your address and the Prepaid Gift car will
be on its way to you. Recommended is to do this trick only for 3 times
on the same address.

Pampers.com
❖ First of all let’s try to think some things first then use those things in
the SE. What can go wrong with a diaper? Who buys diapers? What
size diaper does your fake kid wear? How much are they?
❖ Let’s search for some diaper packs and sizes go
Amazon.com/Walmart.com etc.
❖ Go to https://www.pampers.com/en-us/contact-us.
❖ Go on live chat or call them.
❖ Use the fake info about your fake kid you thought earlier like e.g. : Why
does your fake kid only wear pampers? How old is he? What size is he
in? How much does he weigh? How much were they? Where did you
buy them? We need to have some HQ good answers here. They are a
hard to SE but it’s worth to try.
❖ Use a fake receipt, it is necessary or, you’ll get a $5 coupon for your
fake kid’s diapers.
❖ If you offer photos of whatever issue to describe, it will create much
more trust. Don’t make the offer if you cant find a photo though..

❖ After you gave them all the info needed all the proof etc, they are going
to offer you a visa card for what your receipt showed. I’ve used like a
60-70 $ products.
❖ You can maximum do this 3 times per address, you must use a VPN and
change your ip tho.

Barcardi

➢ Tell them that the product was off , not up to the expectations etc.
➢ Tell them that you had a party with your friends/a day out with
the boys etc, and this is the drink that they choose
➢ Just to be safe, one of your friends poured it out, because he wanted
no one to get sick.
➢ Size: Doesn’t matter.
➢ Returns: No.
➢ Info on the bottle : Blank

➢ Place of purchase: Pick somewhere near you.
➢ Date of Purchase, less than 2 weeks prior to todays date.
➢ Barcardi will end up replying that since you don’t have the bottle they
can’t do much for you besides a send out a goodwill $5 dollar check.
➢ Repeat it but use different emails and use a VPN each time.

Muscle milk

✓ Complete all the info needed then say that you had recently bought
some products from them the best one is Muscle Milk Protein Powder
and you have some problems with it. Tell them that you use this
product a lot and this time it looks to be moist and the color is weird
and it’s not as the usual.

✓ Say that you got a tight budget and you this product only once a week
or something like that.
✓ Finish it off by asking if there is anything they can do to help you and
retain your loyalty.
✓ They will ask you for the receipt/POP and the bottom code from the
jug. Just find some on craigslist/ebay etc.
✓ The bigger the jug , the more that you can get
✓ They will reply with a check of the purchase price in the mail.
✓ Use a VPN , a different email and a different code every time also a
different address

work this will be
• If it has under a 10 gallon it will result in a tank replacement, no check
• Look for the question are where you must write which tank you have,
what is your issue wit that, when did you buy it etc. The one that I
have done successfully a few times is a small crack on the tank that is
leaking droplets of water.
• In the next stept they will ask you for POP, you don’t need to be
perfect and you should attach a photo, they are very gullible.
• Accordingly with your issue that you said it above, you might not be
able to upload a photo or you can edit a small crack that you can find
on the internet
• A problem now can be that they will really want to see a photo with it
and if you don’t send one they can’t be usefull for you but you must
keep trying.
• In the end, if your reason are good enough they will cave and you will
be able to get your tank or check free

• Now what is left to do for you is to sell what did you obtain without
investment,You can sell to anyone who needs it a fishtank

(you will need a real or a fake dog for this method, I will call him
Tyson)

o Look for PURINA dog food.
o You should find a bag which price is beetween 60-80 bucks.
o Write down the name of the dog food.

o Find the chat and let them know that your dog is eating Purina dog
food ,even if it is expensive,Tyson loves it and also it was recommended
by his vet about 6-7months ago
o Now let them know that the last bag that you bought has made Tyson
quite ill.He is puking,has diarrhea,whining,upset belly etc)
o You will be asked about the dog and the food and you must be
quick
o You must give them all your real info.
o In a shortly time they will call you to be more clear what happened.
o They will be friendly and will care about Tyson so you must be polite
too
o Explain how the things were going, that you went normal to a shop
and bought Tyson’s favourite food , you opened it after the last one
has finished and after you came from work like 8hours you have
found into the house some puke,diarrhea all over the floor
o You have called immediately the vet because Tyson doesn’t do this
usually
o The vet said that your dog has eaten something bad and it must
change the food.After you did that ,everything came back to
normal.Tyson also was takinga medication
o Is possible that they will offer you the money back from the food you
bought and if they don’t do that you must ask them to

o Trick – You can also ask them to pay your medication because it was
very expensive and was because their fault.You can check for prices

We will need a serial number so let’s start checking the market place :
Ebay,craiglist, anywhere.You will find it on the front in tiny letters!
Also you can message people and ask them for it to verify if it is an
authentic device or if it is under warranty, you must be creative to
make money.

o Generate some type of story line about how you went to use your

Tide Pods as we were out. However, once we were home majority of
the pods were busted open. I understand this isn’t normal for you guys
but is there any way you guys are able to help? Or as the second
example said that you bought them used them and they left stains on
the clothes they might ask for photos for this second excuse, try to say
you are at work or something and you can’t do the photos right now
o If you sent an email,l they will reply stating they will refund you the

➢ Contact Corsair and state that your fan is broken it’s not working
anymore. Tell them that you got this only for 4-5 months and you
tried a lot of troubleshooting and none of it worked. Explain that you
saved up a lot for your setup and you are very disappointed that is
not working anymore.
➢ They will ask for POP
➢ Submit your POP and wait for him ask for shipping information
➢ Occasionally, they will ask you to return the defective product. If this
happens state that you spoke with a rep previously and told you that if
troubleshooting wasn’t effective, to discard it. They will not verify this
info , so you are safe.

has the same S/N and model number. So one S/N is used for ALL the

should receive your replacement in 2-3 weeks.
✓ You can drop ship this. Use a VPN.
✓ Use different emails as well.

• What we need is a serial and for sure now you know from where to
obtain it
• A receipt will be needed for next step and we must create one
• Go to : https://www.bissell.com/
• You must wait for the chat option to pop up in the left hand corner and
start a general conversation
• We need to tell them that we are trying to setup our robot for the
first time and it is not working..
• We need to figure out a way here to make it the robots fault, NOT the
battery.
• So look up that Bissell robot we’re trying for and find some error
codes/sequences.
• Make the rep fully believes the battery is working properly.
• The rep will soon ask for the POP, SN and date of purchase
• For sure they will tell you that you need to return yours
• That’s just the hard part because you need to find a way out of
returning yours
• I used an excuse that is far below my moral standard in order to
pull this off, so get creative!
• It is possible to be told that they cannot ship you one without the other
one received, but that will be a lie because it’s not policy.
• You must act surprised they want you to ship it back and you had no
idea and disposed of it, or similar.
• In the end they will tell you that you are approved for a replacement
and to email your POP again. Make sure it is perfect.
• Your robot will arrive in 7-9 days so that means you must be patient
• Now you already know what you should do now.You must try to sell it,
but if you are good at it you gonna make some serious cash !

HOW TO MAKE A RECEIPT!

They generate Bestbuy, Amazon, Walmart and NewEgg! ( The only
problem with these are they aren’t super high quality, so it wouldn’t
work for let’s say, Bisell)
o What I recommend you to do is to edit a real receipt Lets walk through
the steps!
o Download Google Chrome => Sign into your Amazon account =>
Hover over your account name => Select your orders => Select Invoice
o Highlight whatever part of the receipt you need to change. So starting
with the name of product.
o Right click => Select “Inspect”
o Another screen to the right of yours will be opened with a highlighted
section
o You must slick the arrow nearest to the highlighted section.
o Double-click the words / numbers that need to be changed.
o Type or paste in the product name exactly.
o Then open snipping tool on your computer and snag a screenshot of
the receipt you created.
o You will realize that they will want it in a pdf but don’t worry about
that!
o You have to convert it so just download it then toss it in to this guy
https://www.sejda.com/pdf-editor
o If you cant figure that out, google “PDF Text Editor Online Free”
.There are too many programs on the internet that can help you on
this step, you just need to find them or know how to use them.Enjoy !

Final Notes – Never forget to use a VPN

,you must always be kind, always you must check your receipts
twice at least and don’t leak what you paid for.It will only hurt
everyone else!
