I. IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

f. Duration of the Project : August 2019 until revoked

II. INTRODUCTION

With the aim to provide campus the high –end projection and presentation facility, the
Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) is proposing the purchase of the high luminance
or outdoor projector that can be used during daytime in a large crowd venue.

The said high luminance projector shall be utilized only during outdoor programs and special
events of Calbiga National High School.

III. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The project is to purchase a high luminance/ outdoor projector to be use during daytime and
outdoor events of the school.

IV. OBJECTIVES
 The following is the objective for the realization of the project.

At the end of the targeted implementation date the following are achieved.

A. Purchase a high luminance projector

B. Digitized presentation during special events.

V. MECHANICS OF IMPLEMENTATION

The school head together with the persons involved will meet to talk about the different
activities to be undertaken during the implementation of the project.
1. Talk to the finance and administrative department for availability of funds.
2. Create guidelines for the proper implementation of the project.

IX. POST – EVALUATION ACTIVITIES
