As per verbal discussion with the VP-RM and the Administrative Division Manager and agreed.

Please be informed that effective this month of March 2021, the production cut-off will be every 25 th of each
month. Hence, any production beyond the 25 th will be charge to the incoming month for us to reconcile and
submit reports by the end of each month.

Expected Affected Areas:

Assay: Monthly Sample will be on 25th of every month
Mill: Consolidation of production, Sampling of Tanks and Refining of Button
Mine: Monthly production consolidation with Mill
