RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING FOR ISSUANCE OF FORFEITURE ORDER OF

THE APPREHENDED OF 2,479 PIECES OF UNDOCUMENTED FOREST
PRODUCTS WITH AN AGGREGATE VOLUME OF 5,514.65 BOARD FEET
BELONGING TO LAUAN SPECIES AT THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPATAGAN,
LANAO DEL NORTE DURING THE ANTI-ILLEGAL LOGGING OPERATION NOW
DEPOSITED AND UNDER PROPER CUSTODY OF THE MUNICIPAL POLICE
STATION OF KAPATAGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE.

Whereas, on or about 8:30 in the morning March 29, 2021 the CENRO and
PENRO personnel together with the Kapatagan MPS and the Philippine Army
conducted a simultaneous Anti-Illegal Logging operation at Barangay Kapatagan,
Lanao del Norte.

Whereas, the team assigned in Kapatagan conducted an operation on illegally

displayed lumbers that resulted to the apprehension of a total 2,479 pieces of
undocumented forest products with an aggregate volume of 5,514.65 board feet

belonging to Lauan species. These apprehended items were hauled at the

Kapatagan MPS and the under the custody of the said office.

Whereas, Notice of Hearing was delivered to the alleged owner/ offender

certain Cacay Ampaso Umpara and the members of the MFPC.

Whereas, the committee requested to fast track the issuance of Forfeiture

Order so that it may be donated to the requesting agency such as 5 th Mechanized
Battalion and Kapatagan Municipal Police Station.

Whereas, upon unanimous decision of the MFPC members, it is therefore

recommended for the issuance of forfeiture order.

NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation and on motion of CP Noriel Q. De Alba

and duly seconded by Hazel C. Pacaldo, it is RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED that the undocumented forest products will be recommended for the
issuance of Forfeiture Order.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the committee will recommend for the approval
of this resolution.

RESOLVED FINALLY, a copy of this resolution will be submitted to the

Regional Executive Director Arleigh J. Adorable for his approval. UNANIMOUSLY
approved during its deliberation held on April 22, 2021 at CENR Office, Kolambugan,
Lanao del Norte.

Kapatagan MPS and the under the custody of the said office.

Whereas, Notice of Hearing was delivered to the alleged owner/ offender

certain Nasroden Umpa and the members of the MFPC.

Whereas, the committee requested to fast track the issuance of Forfeiture

Order so that it may be donated to the requesting agency such as 5 th Mechanized
Battalion and Kapatagan Municipal Police Station.

Whereas, upon unanimous decision of the MFPC members, it is therefore

recommended for the issuance of forfeiture order.

NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation and on motion of CP Noriel Q. De Alba

and duly seconded by Hazel C. Pacaldo, it is RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED that the undocumented forest products will be recommended for the
issuance of Forfeiture Order.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the committee will recommend for the approval
of this resolution.

Whereas, the committee requested to fast track the issuance of Forfeiture

Order so that it may be donated to the requesting agency such as 5 th Mechanized
Battalion and Kapatagan Municipal Police Station.

Whereas, upon unanimous decision of the MFPC members, it is therefore

recommended for the issuance of forfeiture order.

NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation and on motion of CP Noriel Q. De Alba

and duly seconded by Hazel C. Pacaldo, it is RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED that the undocumented forest products will be recommended for the
issuance of Forfeiture Order.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the committee will recommend for the approval
of this resolution.

RESOLVED FINALLY, a copy of this resolution will be submitted to the

Regional Executive Director Arleigh J. Adorable for his approval. UNANIMOUSLY
approved during its deliberation held on April 22, 2021 at CENR Office, Kolambugan,

RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING FOR ISSUANCE OF FORFEITURE ORDER OF

THE APPREHENDED OF 1,813 PIECES OF UNDOCUMENTED FOREST
PRODUCTS WITH AN AGGREGATE VOLUME OF 3,701.32 BOARD FEET
BELONGING TO LAUAN SPECIES AT THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPATAGAN,
LANAO DEL NORTE DURING THE ANTI-ILLEGAL LOGGING OPERATION NOW
DEPOSITED AND UNDER PROPER CUSTODY OF THE MUNICIPAL POLICE
STATION OF KAPATAGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE.

Whereas, on or about 8:30 in the morning March 29, 2021 the CENRO and
PENRO personnel together with the Kapatagan MPS and the Philippine Army
conducted a simultaneous Anti-Illegal Logging operation at Barangay Kapatagan,
Lanao del Norte.

Whereas, the team assigned in Kapatagan conducted an operation on illegally

displayed lumbers that resulted to the apprehension of a total 1,813 pieces of
undocumented forest products with an aggregate volume of 3,701.32 board feet
