 Beforehand, the CEAFA SC President, Mr. Lloyd Alvry Alcantara, congratulated all the
head committees and the officers regarding the accomplished activities/events. Afterwards, Mr.
Alcantara proceeded to the agendas of the meeting.

I. Competitions
 We have already gathered participants for Essay, Digital posters and other
competitions
 September 20-the participants will be emailed regarding the guidelines
 Pubmats: On going
o The info of judges shall be collected before posting of Pubmats
 September 24&25- Judging
 September 26- Posting of Winners
 All org organizations, within this week there will be a meeting for class presidents
to have a brief orientation regarding the Tatak Singkwenta
 Presidents/Org reps may form their own team/collab with other programs

II. Malayang Hayag

 September: Suicide Prevention Month

 Podcast Launching- story of the youth entitled“CHIKA, USAP, CHILL”
o First episode: officers/students
 Webinar- can be launched in:
o Zoom
o Live
o Discord
 Will invite speakers from different organizations, youth educators
 Target topics for the talk
o SOGIE BILL
o Soc-Med as a Platform
o Bagong Ako: Student Leaders
III. Pamana Bin: A Google Drive of Learning

 Timeline of the Activity will be sent to the secretary

 Request Letter- Ongoing

IV. Tatak Singkwenta

 All org organizations, within this week there will be a meeting for class presidents
to have a brief orientation regarding the Tatak Singkwenta
 Presidents/Org reps may form their own team/collab with other programs

V. Merch Fundraising with Ambigram

 Partnership with Ambigram

 Feedback regarding the shirt from Ambigram:
o Suggestions:
 Different Colors if available
 Make the logo more minimal
 Shopee Shop
 Design Competition for Alumni

VI. Concerns and Other Important Matters

 Sebastian Tan’s Resignation as P.R.O.

 Option 1: appoint from Pubtech members
 Option 2: Re-election
o Resolution: Adlin Pasia will be appointed as the new P.R.O., there will be
(1) one new appointment officer for pubtech member
  Emmanuel Ferriols- monitoring of officers’ postings interaction
o All officers must Share and Like all the postings of CEAFA SC

o First distribution- done
o Distributed the gdrive link for screenshot of proofs
