THE NETAJI SUBHASH PLACE, DELHI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, (DDA) DISTRICT CENTRE COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, NEXT TO PITAMPURA
TV TOWER HAS AS MANY AS 38 PLOTS AND IS BEING BUILT ALONG THE LINES OF NEHRU PLACE AND RAJENDRA PLACE. IT WAS BUILT IN
1997.

STRENGTH
• 24- hour medical facilities along with Chemist shops are
available.
• ATMs of all other major banks are available 24/7.
• The Place is very well connected by Delhi Metro and
DTC bus services.
• Fire safety system is provided all over the area i.e. fire
extinguishers and hoses.
• Proper pedestrianization.
• Proper zoning of the blocks.
• Distributed parking accessible from all roads.
• Buildings are distinguished on the basis of their exterior
finishes. For example new constructions are finished
with glass and ACP panels and old buildings are finished
with stone cladding.
• Two way service lane.
WEAKNESS

• No proper maintenance of roads and pedestrians. P.P TRADE CENTRE
• No specific purpose of outdoor sitting is served.
• Improper slope on site and hence faced a problem of
drainage.
• Improper maintenance of fire system as a building
caught fire In 2016 but fire system did not serve the
purpose.
• Backyard is not maintained as the garbage is dumped
over there which causes the site exploitation.
• Old buildings are not maintained properly and is having
many stains on the walls of the area.
• No proper installation of signages and landscape area. PARKING
