Corporate Sales Controller

Main purpose of the job

Provide efficient support to Sales Managers in order to achieve Yearly targets .Be the Ambassador to the
Finance Community from the Sales Team to ensure transparency, alignment and proactive
collaboration ;

Providing partnership to the Head of Sales/Business and other Departments in strategic decision from a finance
perspective. Take a proactive role in controlling the business performance and supporting the Business and Sales
Managers to achieve targeted result.

Play a key role in reporting, budgeting and planning process by partnership with the business leaders across the
company. Ensure, that sales operations adhere to financial, legal requirements

Responsibilities:
· Participate in the customer and channel strategy development process and ensure the commercial plan is
executed in line with the strategy;

1/ Forcasting and Controlling :

. Own the forecast of Volume, Revenue (Net Proceeed of Sales : NPS), Trade Spend, Customer Contribution
statement to ensure alignment with monthly business planning and the Dynamic Forecast. Leadership role in
forecast accuracy

. Preparation of monthly forecasting and financial presentations for sales meetings

. Control and provide monthly update to the business . Investigate any deviations from the forecast

.Key player in the monthly business planning process : Contribute to the short and long-term budget process

.Responsible for the Accuracy and review of Optimize trade spend investments on a daily basis.

.Perform monthly variance analysis and GAP analysis to annual budget, including graphs, charts and root cause
analysis;

.Assesses Business performance and identify areas of risk & opportunity to achievement of forecasts and
strategic priorities, providing transparency and recommendations to Sales ;

2 / Pricing Forcasting and Controlling :

.  Ownership of maintaining pricing framework· Co-ordination, control and follow-up of price changes;

3/ Customer Contribution Analysis

. Analysis and support to ensure profitable growth at the customer level

· Leverage Customer Contribution Statements as a Management Tool.

4 / Trade Spend Monotoring & Evaluataion

. identify and promote cost optimization opportunities, highlight Value Destroyers; drive best practices in
maximizing return on investment and cash flow generation
· Perform financial reporting, financial analysis, trend analysis, forecasting and budgeting of investment,
financial controls, Income Statment analysis, investment analysis & ROI maximization, inventory analysis on
monthly/quarterly and annual bases;

  . Support Pre/ Post evaluation of Trade promotions and optimize trade spend investments

· Defining trade-spend policy together with Sales, considering pricing, trade terms and investment;

5 / Sales Force Budgeting & Controlling

· Monitoring of Sales Force Budget/salaries and advice sales organization on annual resource planning and
variance tracking;

6/ Distributor’s & Key Account Customer Management

· Work closely with Distributors to ensure a healthy relationship (Financial Analysis and managing of
Distributors Income Statement, Cash Flow and Balance);

7 / Credit Control

· Provide back up for functions as: Credit Controll ;
