2.1 Packing : The goods to be packed as per export packing standard. The packing must be suitable for Air
Transportation and long-term storage.
2.2 Marking: To be made on the top and on body of each package as follows:

3.1 Terms of delivery: FCA Singapore

3.5 The Seller must send along with the goods to the buyer documents as follow:

BÊN BÁN PHẢI GỬI KÈM CÁC CHỨNG TỪ SAU CÙNG VỚI HÀNG ĐẾN NGƯỜI MUA :

*Signed commercial invoice : 03 origins ( HÓA ĐƠN CÓ CHỮ KÝ )

*Packing list : 03 origins ( DANH SÁCH ĐÓNG GÓI)

3.6 Freight terms: Freight collect. ( ĐIỀU KHOẢN VẬN CHUYỂN: THU CƯỚC )

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT
Payment for 100% contract value will made by T/T to the Seller’s account in advanced:

Trả 100% tổng giá trị tiền hàng theo hợp đồng bằng trả trước cho người bán

ARTICLE 5: ARBITRATION: ( ĐIỀU KHOẢN TRỌNG TÀI )

5.1 Any dispute arising during the course of execution of this contract shall be setted primarily through
concilliation and the negotiation between two parties. If both parties fail to reach such amicable settlement,
the dispute shall be referred to the Ha Noi International Council of Arbitrators for settlement. The award of the
Arbitrator shall be final and binding both parties

Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết chủ yếu thông qua tư vấn
và thương lượng giữa hai bên. Nếu cả hai bên không đạt được thỏa thuận hòa giải, tranh chấp sẽ được chuyển
đến Hội đồng Trọng tài Quốc tế Hà Nội để giải quyết. Phán quyết của Trọng tài sẽ là quyết định cuối cùng và
ràng buộc cả hai bên

5.2 The fees for arbitration and other relevant charges shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise
awarded by the Council.

Phí trọng tài và những chí phí liên quan khác sẽ do bên thua chịu trừ khi có quyết định khác của Hội đồng trọng
tài.

ARTICLE 6: GENERAL CONDITIONS ( ĐIỀU KIỆN CHUNG )

6.1 Both parties engage to execute strictly all the terms and condition in this contract.

Cả hai bên gắn kết với nhau trong việc điều hành nghiêm ngặt tất cả các điều khoản và điều kiện của hợp đồng
này.

6.2 All amendments and alterations to this contract shall be valid only if they are made writing andduly
confirmed by both parties.

Tất cả các sửa đổi và thay đổi đối với hợp đồng này sẽ chỉ có hiệu lực nếu chúng được lập thành văn bản và
được cả hai bên xác nhận.

6.3 This contract is made in English, in two originals, one for the Seller, one for the Buyer, and is signed via Fax
by both parties.

Hợp đồng này được lập thành hai bản bằng tiếng Anh, một bản cho Người bán, một bản cho người mua và
được hai bên ký kết qua Fax.

6.4 This contract comes into force from signing date.

Hợp đồng bắt đầu có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.
