INRTODUCTION
In this paper, we go through literature related to exchange rate, economic
growth and affect of exchange rate regime on economic growth. From the
literature we think it is appropriate to study how the changes in exchange
rate affect the economic growth through two channels. One is export and
import, another one is foreign direct investment. We analyze theoretically
and numerically how exchange rate will affect the economic growth
through these two channels. After this, we introduce how Chinese
exchange rate regime transformed which is unique all over the world. It’s
also quite important to figure out current situation of Chinese macro
economy, including gross domestic product, import and export trade and
foreign direct investment (FDI).
Research hypothesis:
Exchange rate and china’s economic Growth. The Empirical
Analysis….affects the output or the output affects the exchange rate.
Chines country is development c country and china is invention country his
economy is on peak.
Research Plan
Research plan is term of collecting data about the problems or topic
selected. Research is done with two category primary and secondary
research. These are two term used to collect the data that may be
qualitative and quantitative, primary research is that in which data is
collected physically conducting interview, meetings, thoughts,
questionnaire about the selected problems. This data is collected from the
sample of papulation that is involved or impacted by research plan.
Because they will gave a fair and better views about the problem. Sample
is those persons who are connected with and exchange rate of affected in
china on gross domestic product. Secondary research is the type in which
data is collected from the other such as articles, interview video, data from
internet, newspaper, magazines. This research is helpful to give a
significance result in the research plan. This process will show data of
different area, Location, countries that are affected by the problem.

As china’s economy has matured, its real GDP growth has slowed
significantly, form 14.2% in 2007 to 6.6% in 2018. And that growth is
projected by the international Monetary fund (IMF) to fall to 5.5% by
2024. the need for china to embrace a new growth model that relies
less on fixed investment and exporting, and more on private
consumption services, and innovation to drive economic growth
Expected Conclusion:
As we have seen, the real exchange rate plays an important role in the policy
decision of an open economy. The affects exchange rate misalignment are
diverse and when they persist over time, they could generate sufficient
negative impacts not only the economy whose currency is over or
undervalued, but also on other economic with which it relates directly or
indirectly. In this sense, it is important that the exchange rate remains at its
equilibrium level.
