PREAMBLE:
Festive Season is around the comer and experts are expecting that people will
spend and borrow now like they used to do in the previous years. To match
market offering and to regenerate the positive buzz amid the branches, we
are launching exclusive campaign for our Home Loan and Vehicle loan
segment.
The campaign aims fo communicate the strength & merits of our product with
our recent modifications in the scheme and to highlight the attractive benefits
during the festive season. With festive season round the corner and fo enliven
the festive spirit, we offer 100% waiver of processing charges for Housing loan,
Vehicle loan and extend the concessional interest rate on Housing loan to
women borrowers as detailed hereafter till 31.12.2021.

For the past two FYs we are regularly launching exclusive Housing loan campaigns
which resulted in good growth under the portfolio. To endure the focus gained by the
branches recoupled with the 100% waiver of processing charges can immensely
bolster our retail portfolio. Aligning with the offers, we launch an exclusive Housing
loan campaign from 18.08.2021 to 31.12.2021.
CONCESSION OFFERED:
1. 100% waiver of processing charges for Housing Loan and Vehicle loans
during the campaign period.
2, WOMEN HOUSING LOAN BORROWERS: Concession for Women Housing
Loan Borrowers is applicable only when she stands as single or co-
borrower in the loan and fitle of property should be registered either in

category (A & 8) will be honored by Top Management,
Action Points:
> ROs to ensure that ECS mandates registered data is being scrutinized and all
borrowers to be contacted for takeover.
The services of empanelied DSAs may be utilized to canvass loans.
Steps to be taken to contact existing clientele for takeover of HLs.
Free of charge IOB Credit Card for Housing loan borrowers whose CIBIL score is
above 700.
The services of Marketing Officers in the Regions can be utilized to devise
strategies and canvass more HLs.
» Captive Branches which are situated in Central/State Govts. or their
undertakings or Public Sector Undertakings premises should approach the
Departments and market the USPs of our Products.
» Liaison officers to provide all support to the branches and to follow up the
progress of the branches during the campaign on daily basis.
» Existing DSA/HLCs to be activated and through fresh empanelment drive
maximum DSAs/HLCs fo be empaneled,

to increase the Housing loan Portfolio and take necessary steps to increase the
