1. Hotel Excelsior dose not grant credit facility to individuals, but to the Firm / Company /
Organization / Institute employing the individuals, thus payment of the due bills is the sole
responsibility of the Firm / Company / Organization / Institute.

2. All charges incurred through the use of credit facility will be charged immediately and are due and
payable within 15 days from the date of issue invoices.

3. If, for the invoices are outstanding for more than 30 days, Hotel Excelsior reserves the rights of
charging necessary late payment Charges that may be up to 05% of the invoice amount.

4. Hotel Excelsior reserve the rights to canceling all credit facilities without any prior notice.
