mayor of the city of Tocache?
Candidate: Mr. Dominguez Well, I will do everything in my
power to improve the current conditions of the city of Tocache.

Candidate: Education has been a major problem in this city, so
I will build 200 modern schools. I will create a tax to support
free education for all citizens. However, I will not hire new
teachers because we have more than enough.

heavy traffic and traffic jams in the city of Tocache.
Candidate: Historically, the Urban Planning Office has not been
