SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, EUGINE L. FUGNIT, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence address at St.
Francis Tower, Internal Rd. Francis St., Mandaluyong City, do hereby name, constitute, and
appoint my father EUGENIO C. FUGNIT JR., of legal age, Filipino, and with residence
address at South Poblacion, Maramag Bukidnon, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and
in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things to wit:

1. To transact/sign and negotiate any papers/documents or MOA between NPC

(National Power Corporation) with regards to Reforestation / Agro forestry Project;
2. To ask demand, update, collect and receive the reimbursement voucher or check as
payment of the accomplishment stated in the contract;
3. Administer my real property in the implementation of the project.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority
whatsoever requisites or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as I, might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of
substitution and revocation, and hereby, ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
