AFTER SALES SERVICE

(Warranty Certificate)

In compliance with the requirements to establish the goods in conformity to the bidding
documents, we are pleased to submit the details of our after-sales service. ESM Learning
Enterprises warrants that the fifty (50) units Vertical Filing Cabinets that were supplied and
delivered to the Bureau of Fire Protection – CAR under Purchase Order No. 2019-04-36 dated
04/30/2019 are brand new, unused, has no defect arising from design, material and
workmanship, and conform to specifications and quantity as stated in the Purchase Order. Unit/s
found defective/not in conformity to the specifications/quantity stated in the Purchase Order
upon inspection shall be replaced immediately. ESM further warrants a twelve (12) – month
warranty on mechanical defects from date of acceptance by the end user, provided however that
such defect/s was/were not caused by misuse; mishandling; damage/s incurred during transit;
improper usage; force majeure and/or acts of nature.
