1. 2 nos. from 4 nos. of ceiling suspended fluorescent lights was not light up.
2. Bulk lights too rusty and did not light up and need to repair or replace.
3. Peel off the paint at the pump base and need to be repainted.
4. Impeller volute too rusty and need to service.
There is lack of maintenance at Treated Water House phase 1. It shall be repaired and maintain
properly.
1. All electrical panel are well maintain and in good working condition (picture no. 13 & 14).
2. 5 nos. from 6 nos. of ceiling lights was not light up or malfunction (picture no. 15) and only 2
nos. wall mounted florescent light are lit.
3. Leaking point / water mark was observed on ceiling of 11kV Starter Panel Treated Water Pump
House (picture no. 16).
Generator and Transformer Room
1. 2 nos. of 1500kVA generator is under standby mode in case failure of main supplies (picture no.
17 & 18).
2. Individual function (without EMF board) is working properly but cannot synchronize with each
other because of control card and SEPAM panel was broken.
3. EMF board cannot read for voltage, current & power.
4. 2 nos. of ceiling lights was not light up or malfunction.
5. 1 no. of 3000kVA step up transformer and 1 no. of 11kV switch gear are working properly and
under standby mode in case failure of main supplies.
Filter Gallery
1. 5 nos. of ceiling fluorescent light were not light up and need to repair (picture no. 21).
2. Perforated of cable tray and need to be replaced (picture no 22).
3. The hole shall be covered properly to avoid unwanted portions something happened (picture
no. 23).
4. Peel off the paint at pipe line and advice to repaint (picture no. 24).

5. 8 nos. of ceiling fluorescent light were not light up (picture no. 25).
6. Missing of 1 no. wall mounted flood light and another 2 nos. of flood light were not light up
(picture 26).
7. Inlet waste water actuator no. 1, 2 and 3 not working properly in order to fully open and close
(picture 27).
8. Outlet waste water actuator no. 2, 5 and 7 not working properly due to mechanical problem
(picture 28).
Control Room
1. SCADA system in control room is working properly. This SACADA is system is only monitor the
plant phase 1 and phase 2 but cannot monitor the activity at Pulau Eone, Labuan.
2. It is because of problem with transferring wireless signal communication. It is happened since 4
years ago.
3. All activity at Pulau Eone was reported manually via telephone with operator and control room.
4. The system can be controlled via SACADA only on Alum Sulphine Plant.
5. All printers are working properly during inspection.
6. UPS is not work properly and don’t have a backup since 2 years ago and need to repair as
soonest possible.
7. Radio communication between control room and raw water intake phase 2 is working properly
but the channel is not tally with each others.
8. Radio communication at raw water intake phase 1 is not working properly.
9. 1 no. 42 inch LED TV is not function.
Chemical House
1. 2 nos. of 10MVA 33kV transformer are working properly and in good condition.
2. Single incoming 33kV feeder comes from SESB.
3. Only 1 no. 33kV transformer duty in one time while another 1 no. is in standby mode.
4. Switch gear room neat and clean. Switch gear is working properly
5. All relay setting for every single panel in 33kV need to recalibrate by third party tester in order
to comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
11kV Switchgear Room
1. All 11kV panel and equipment in 11kV switch gear room are working properly and good
condition.
2. 11kV Switch gear room neat and clean.
3. All relay setting for every single panel in 33kV need to recalibrate by third party tester in order
to comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
Generator Room
1. Transmitter for tank level no.2 was not functioning and cannot read / monitor for water level
storage tank due power cable power supply was being damage.
2. The red cover is too rusty and need to replace.
3. Wire inside the panel is too massy.
4. The pipes line Phase 1 were corroded and detached from its original condition.
5. The pipes support need to be repainted and maintain as well.

6. Riser guide phase 1 and phase 2 main pipe lines too rusty and recommend repainting.
7. There is no access gate between storage boundary to outside pipe line and recommend to
provide access gate for easier operator to monitor outside the boundary.
