Research Methodology:

Study Area:

The whole research paper will cover the relationship between organizational commitment and
job satisfaction of FMCG sector of Bangladesh. For this reason, the data has collected from the
following organizations:

 Pran-RFL Group
 Milk Vita
 Meghna Group
 ACI Group and
 Bashundhara Group

Study Method:

Among various methods of research, this paper is basically an applied research. The final
outcome of this research will be a descriptive one.

Study Population: The population of the research is as follows:

Sample Size:

The non-probabilistic sampling technique; specifically convenient way of is followed for this
study. By the following formula, the actual sample size should be 383. But according to Hoel
(2008), proposed sample size 200 is good enough for data analysis. This study is considering
time, will attempt to collect data from 200 respondents to reveal primary responses.0 is good
enough for data analysis. Here the formula is:
