is an imperative)

Job Description:
• Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design
• Strategic planning approach to meet business needs.
• Assist the team by providing insights from the documentations.
• Facilitate and lead sessions / discussions
• Manage and engage with multiple stakeholders
• Good Domain background understanding
• Agile Certified or worked in Agile set up (SAFe)/ Waterfall, knowledge of JIRA/Rally/ Confluence
• Experience in writing user stories, mapping to Epics, and user story lifecycle management
• Basic technical knowhow such as Viso, xml, macros (preferred)
• Exposure to BPO Environment
• 4+ years of experience working on similar position
