Revised Notification against Vacancies for admission to B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) & LL.M. Courses

(1) Notification No.: CLAT-2021/NLIU/Admission/Vacancies/01 dated 15-09-2021 is hereby revised

because the nature of deposit whether refundable or non-refundable has not been explained therein.
This Notification clarifies that the nature of deposit is refundable as given below.
(2) Few seats are available in the B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) & LL.M. Courses of the University. Candidates
who have appeared in CLAT-2021 and are desirous of seeking admission at NLIU Bhopal are
required to deposit an amount in INR ₹50,000 by following the process prescribed at Admission-
2021 webpage of NLIU website: nliu.ac.in – “process to deposit fee online” and fill the form of
expression of interest (https://forms.gle/WFNg13S1aeBieEM89 ) latest by 12:00 noon on 22
September 2021.
Note: Candidates who have already applied in furtherance to the notification CLAT-
2021/NLIU/Admission/Vacancies/01 dated 15-09-2021, need not to apply again.

(3) The amount of ₹50,000/- is nonrefundable but adjustable in the fee payable by the candidate. However,
the amount of ₹49,000/- will be refunded to the candidate if he/she is not admitted to NLIU, Bhopal. For
claiming refund candidates are required to submit deposit details and bank account details through google
form for the refund of amount ₹49,000/- after the deduction of processing fee i.e., ₹1,000.

(5) Admissions will be given strictly on the basis of CLAT -2021 merit list. NLIU will not be
responsible for any cost incurred by the Candidate for reporting at the University for
admission.
