The name Chi – B café simply says CHIll out – Breathe in. The deeper meaning behind it was
inspired of the people, especially workers and students, who want to have some relaxation and
enjoyment from too much stress of works and school demands. The name Chill out came from
the idea hearing our friends telling “Chill” whenever we are too much stressed. On the other
hand, Breath in’s idea came from the thought of breathing all the positive vibes despite of all the
negativities around us.

Chi – B café is a coffee shop that offers variety of coffee such as hot coffee and ice cols

IV. PRODUCTS DETAILS

Hot / Cold Dinks

 Cappuccino - cappuccino is a coffee drink that today is typically composed of a single
espresso shot and hot milk, with the surface topped with foamed milk. Cappuccinos are
most often prepared with an espresso machine.
 Matcha latte - is a rich earthy tea with vegetal grassy notes, sweet nuttiness, and
pleasant bitter undertones. In its most pure ceremonial form, whisked up with hot water,
the flavor is more vegetal, but it can be dressed up with honey and milk for a sweeter
morning drink.
 Espresso - Espresso is a concentrated form of coffee served in small, strong shots and
is the base for many coffee drinks. It's made from the same beans as coffee but is
stronger, thicker, and higher in caffeine.
 Iced Coffee - Iced coffee is a coffee beverage served cold. It may be prepared either by
brewing coffee in the normal way and then serving it over ice or in cold milk, or by
brewing the coffee cold.

Pastries
 Donut - a small cake of sweetened or, sometimes, unsweetened dough fried in deep fat,
typically shaped like a ring or, when prepared with a filling, a ball.
 Peach Mango Pie - This peach mango pie recipe has both fresh mango and fresh
peaches in the filling, which is set with a little cornstarch.
 Cheesecake - Cheesecake tastes very much like cream cheese, with a sweet and
slightly tangy finish. It's rich, and creamy. The base is a graham cracker or digestive
biscuit and butter mix. If it's a baked cheesecake then the added eggs and cornstarch
will give it an even denser, rich feel.
 Cinnamon Bread Rolls - fluffy, soft, doughy oozing with buttery sweet cinnamon flavor
that’s going to take you head over heels. Better than store-bought cinnamon rolls and
rolls in general. Perfect for breakfast, and brunch.
