Roles and Responsibilities:

Microsoft is the client and I am responsible for supporting the Microsoft Azure customers
around the globe.
I used to provide support to the clients over phone calls, emails, chats and over remote
desktop
regarding Microsoft Azure subscription and billing issues.
Considering my performance, I was promoted to Quality team.
As a quality analyst, I was responsible for reviewing the tickets which was handled by
Microsoft
engineers and I am responsible to provide feedback to the engineers to ensure they provide
