JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF LEGITIMACY

hereby depose and state that:

3. At the time of the conception of the said child we were not disqualified by any
impediment to marry each other and therefore, by virtue of our subsequent
marriage, the child is now legitimated by operation of law; and

4. We are subscribing to this Affidavit for the purpose of informing authorities

concerned regarding the above facts and for the purpose of registering the birth

Registrar of Santiago City.
