THE ART OF COMMUNICATION. WHY? THIS IS BECAUSE, SOMETIMES GOOD MANAGEMENT LIES IN

IN THE INDUSTRY, IT COULD BE EFFECTIVE STILL. IN ASSESSING YOURSELF, YOU COME TO KNOW OF
YOUR SHORTCOMINGS WHICH WILL PAVE WAY IN YOUR KNOWLEDGE AS TO WHICH ASPECT OF

PROACTIVE IS A MUST IN MANAGEMENT - PROACTIVE IS THE STATE OF BEING PREPARED EVEN BEFORE
ISSUES OR CONFLICTS OCCUR, AND ONE WAY IS TO CRAFT A PLAN. CRAFTING A PLAN IS ALSO
BENEFICIAL NOT JUST IN MANAGEMENT, BUT EVEN IN OUR PERSONAL LIVES, COME TO THINK OF IT.
WHEN WE GO THE MARKET, WE TRY TO PLAN OUR DESTINATIONS , EVERYTHING THAT WE'RE GOING
TO DO , THEN THE ROUTINE FLOWS SMOOTHLY. FINALLY , IT DECREASES THE ANXIETY, HOW? BECAUSE
YOU KNOW ALREADY IN YOURSELF, THAT OF ONE OPTION FAILS, THERE WAITING LISTS OF ACTIONS TO
BE UNDERTAKEN. THOSE ARE FEW BUT GREAT REALIZATIONS I'VE GENERATED.

COMMUNICATE , WHATEVER RULES HE OR SHE IMPLEMENTS, IT WILL BE COPIED OR IMITATED BY HIS
SUBORDINATES, THUS, BECOMES THE LANGUAGE OF LEADERSHIP. LANGUAGE IS NOT SIMPLY THE
WORDS OR STATEMENTS COLLECTIVELY UTTERED, BUT THE CULTURE THAT IS BEING EMBRACED BY THE
PERSONNELS IN THE INDUSTRY OR ORGANIZATION.
