For the general supervision to construct your entity by LEEGAR ENGINEERING SERVICES
located at Blk. 9 Lot 11 Belmont Parc Village, Sta. Maria, Bulacan, details are as follows:

I. POOL DESCRIPTION

SIZE : 130 sqm.

DEPTH : 3ft to 5ft (approx.)
SHAPE : Rectangular
DESIGN : Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi Features

II. SCOPE OF WORK

1. Construction of stiffener beam and hollow blocks if needed

2. Plumbing works, PPR pipe and fittings
3. Steel works reinforcement according to structural design
4. Construction of concrete steps
5. Water Proofing
6. Tile works for flooring, walls and water level. (Tiles design - clients choice)
7. Installation of main drain
8. Installation of vacuum and RTP fittings
9. Construction of ledge on one side of the pool using silica sand finish
or wood planks
10. Installation of filtration system and fittings assembly
11. Test run of pump, filter, and initial water treatment

V. TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. 30% Down payment upon the acceptance of the said proposal

2. 30% Upon completion of concrete works
3. 30% Upon completion of tile works
4. 10% Upon completion of the whole project

VI. COMPLETION TIME

60 WORKING DAYS
 VII. WARRANTY

Ten (10) years for structural

One (1) year for finish
Factory Warranty for pump and filter sets
