I. Group 2
 Conclusion
Group 2 provides innovation to make vending machines in the form of
applications and web with the aim of reducing queues for online and offline
purchases.

 Our Opinion
Based on our discussion, we think that the suggestions and innovations from
group 2 have been quite helpful for business development during this pandemic
because with this pandemic everything has turned online and virtual. However, it
needs to be maintained and updated continuously such as adding new features that
will make it easier for customers to use it.

II. Group 5
 Conclusion Group 5 has 3 solutions to develop business in the current pandemic
era, including promotions, such as promoting their business as much as possible
such as in large e-commerce for example shopee/tokopedia/alibaba/etc. With a
discount, it can increase the attractiveness of buyers because the price adjusts to
the economy during the current pandemic era. Not only that, collaboration is also
an equally important point to develop a business during this pandemic. One
example is collaborating with other businesses that have opportunities for a better
market and have a wider network.
 Our Opinion Based on our discussion, we think that :
 For the promotion section, it would be better not only to promote in e-
commerce but to maximize digitalization and technology such as using all the
functions and features of social media and other digital platforms so that the
business can operate as well as connect with customers and potential
customers.
 Not only that, but there is a need for product innovation in a business to adapt
to lifestyle changes during this pandemic.
 In addition to collaborating with other businesses, it is also necessary to
collaborate with organizations/communities that have potential consumer
networks out there to attract purchasing power and also promote business.
