1. What do you think are the existing issues affecting poor and marginalized people in the community?
What are the reasons behind those issues?

EXISTING COMMUNITY ISSUES REASONS BEHIND

 1. High Inflation The government increases the tax that’s why the
products or the market value are also increasing
which affects to the poor people.
2. Unequal justice system The social justice in the Philippines is very unequal,
they always in favor to those who have power.
Even though the poor people are right, they are
still denied in justice because they don’t have
enough money.
3. Corruption The poor people really affects from this issue,
there are many corrupt politicians who’s
corrupting the money that should be given to poor
people.
4. Social discrimination Government and people always look up to those
who have power, they always help people who
have power which affects the poor people because
they can’t get the help they deserve sometimes.
Especially for those poor laborers
5. Unequal treatment Nowadays, money runs the world, for example in a
hospital, they always prioritize those people who
have money and ignoring poor even they need
more help.

believe would be helpful to the community.

POSSIBLE COMMUNITY ACTIONS REASONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION

1. Low inflation rate for poor people To help poor people rise from their situation or
poverty and for us to have a grown community
because the lesser the poor people, a higher
possibility of growing a community.
2. Scholarship It is very helpful for some people especially poor
families, their children should have the chance to
go to school because only education is the key to
success.
3. Raise the minimum wage Raising the minimum wage will help people not to
experience hunger and giving them chance to
bring their children to school and give a good
education.
4. Free Education Giving free education to poor people will help the
community to grow.
5. Creating Jobs Creating jobs in poverty-ridden communities
allows individuals to pull themselves out of
poverty.
