Pizza Time Caffe, and I have managed Sophia for four years now.

Sophia is an outstanding young lady who will be a great asset to any internship program. She

works well under pressure and with other colleagues. Sophia is very reliable, and I can count

her to be at work on time and conquer any tasks I may give her.

She also has amazing customer service skills. She can deal people who may not be satisfied and
will help better their situation. She is very happy to help anyone and help guide them into the
right direction.
