    A Study of criminology gains greater significance during the
    modern times because of the growing menace of crimes. Incidents
    of terrorism. Seams of various nature. Robberies, scandals. Criminal
    rackets. Etc. have become anticipated and inherent risks. In fact.
    Criminology explains in a nutshell, the inter-relationship between
    crime and criminals and the impact of crimes on the society as a
    whole on the basic assumption that no one is a born criminal.
    Prevention of crime and reformation of criminals should be the two
    ultimate goats of the administration of criminal justice system.
    Special measures to reform criminals in general and first time of
    tenders. Juvenile delinquents and insane criminals in particular. Are
    essential principles of criminology which can help in transforming
    the wrong doers into productive and law-abiding citizens, and
    assuring the coming generators. A crime-free society.
