 Green No Findings, No Activity Required
 Yellow  Parts / Repair recommended. Initial wear, non-critical damage, potential to reduce press performance if not addressed in future
 Red  Parts / Repair required, failure of part(s), excessive damage, excessive wear, press performance hindered, unsafe condition found
  Yellow – Green  A Yellow Condition was found, but Mark Andy Technician was able to correct onsite during visit
  Red – Green  A Red Condition was found, but Mark Andy Technician was able to correct onsite during visit.

Guard Jog Function • Jog operation works properly when guards are open

Guarding • Guarding Present on all stations and function check


• For guards with interlocks in station, confirm that when interlock is
removed press stops
E-Stops • All E Stops function check (entire press)

Gear Boxes • Oil Level is full and lubrication points are greased
• No Leaking Seals
• Gear alignment and excessive side to side play not present
Main Drive Line • Inspect main drive line ensure set screws are tight and there is no
play in the shaft between each module / station

Motion Alarm • Motion Alarm “sounds” before press runs

Loss of Air Pressure • When air pressure is lost press stops if equipped with pressure
switch

contact ink and impression adjust screws
✓ Impression Roll drive gear for key, hex head, bolt, and fender
washer
✓ Impression Roll, no excessive gear backlash, side to side play
✓ Ink station lock function works properly
✓ Plate Roll Cylinder throw off cylinder is secure and snap rings
installed
✓ CT Motor function check with plate roll throw off
✓ Line Shaft for tightness
✓ Registry motors and station to meter output drive gear rotation
