Balderama as Attorney-In-Fact and Zhang Huijie as Lessee for any unpaid accounts including association dues, utility bills, fees, and charges associated with the leased premises if left unpaid by the Lessee upon moving out as scheduled in the lease contract. Residence,and Zhang Huijie LESSEE are mutually that any unpaid accounts but not limited to association dues,electric billing charges,water billing charges,property management penalty fees,internet and cable billing charges unit and property claimed the leased premises by other unit owners among others, shall be the liability of the LESSOR, if unpaid by the LESSEE upon his/her move out as schedule in the forgoing contract of lease.Including here is the rules and regulations indicated that during his/her period the LESSEE shall respectfully abide the following rules and regulations being imposed by the management or administration of leased premise's property management office
