    Palpate
    Cleanse Site
    Prepare needle - LOCK NEEDLE FIRST BEFORE BREATHING - Cap partially open
    Prepare Micropore & cotton

    Ask to open fist


    Remove Tourniquet
    Bandage
    Remove Needle
    Recap
    Pressure
