Philippines and herein represented by RICHARD SANTIAGO as its Corporate Secretary,
hereby names, constitutes and appoints JOSEPH MAGNO or any of its representatives, to do
any of the following acts:

1. To file, assist, represent, sign on behalf of the Company in the processing of its renewal
for business permit registration with the Local Barangay and Business Bureau of the
Local Government of Davao City, the Bureau of Internal Revenue and other government
agencies.

2. To do any and all such other acts and things and to execute, submit and deliver any and
all such other documents and instruments that the Attorney-in-Fact may deem
necessary or advisable or appropriate in connection with the above business registration
processes; and

3. To appoint one or more substitute or substitutes as attorneys under them or any of them
for all or any of the purposes aforesaid and the appointment of the same at pleasure to
revoke.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as the directors and/or officer of the
Company might or could do if personally present; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all the said Attorney-in-Fact shall or may do
under and by virtue of this Special Power of Attorney.
