PROPOSAL PRESENTATION CRITIQUE OF TEAM CYPHER

The presentation began with a brief introduction and the importance of the topic ‘Implementing a
Quality Management System in Small and Medium Scale Manufacturing Industries.' Then they
discussed their approach on what they are going to achieve through their project such as gathering
facts, comparing the performance and performing gap analysis on some manufacturing industries
that have used QMS to determine areas of improvement. They further explained their tasks and
presented a timeline on how they intend to complete their project in time. In the end, they gave a
brief description of resources such as personnel and financial costs required for their project. They
concluded their presentation by elucidating the scope of their project.

The proposal slides presented by the team cypher were informative and self-explanatory. The slides
had pictures relevant to the proposal topic, and the quality of the images was also good. The slides
had an ample amount of information that gave detailed insights into the proposal. It could have
been better if the information was presented in bullet points. Font size could have been more
consistent for making the presentation more professional and appealing.

The presenters were professional and had good knowledge about their topic - Quality Management
systems. They tried to explain the topic in simple terms as they included more literature in their
slides. However, the number of sentences could have been reduced as the same content was
provided in the proposal. The presenters had a monotonous pitch that couldn't hold our attention.
The skills of the presenters could have been explored more effectively if more images, charts and
graphs were presented.
