As a student in Rizal 001 (The Life and Works of Jose Rizal), I commit to conform to the

politely. Use of foul language is strictly prohibited.
2. Personal responsibility is encouraged among students. Each student is expected to
perform the required activities/tasks.
3. Punctuality in the submission of required papers/outputs is necessary. Failure to comply
with the specified schedule could result to disqualification to proceed to the next level.
4. Each student must have email and Facebook accounts. For purposes of transparency and
proper identification, students must register using their real names and profile pictures.
The use of fake names/photos in the email and Facebook accounts is strongly
discouraged.
5. In compliance with Republic Act No. 10627 otherwise known as the “Anti-bullying Act
of 2013, students are enjoined to constantly refrain from making annoying, cruel, and
discriminating remarks on anyone while engaging in any class activity.

of 2012”, students are enjoined to constantly refrain from posting, processing, sharing,
and using information involving other people without the latter’s prior consent.
7. In compliance with Republic Act No. 8293 otherwise known as the “Intellectual Property
Code of the Philippines”, students are discouraged to submit plagiarized and copy-
pasted work without giving credit to the original owner.
8. Selling, marketing or promotion of goods or services in any form is not welcome in this
class.
1. Always write your name/course/year and section in your paper or communicating with
your teacher.
2. Specific title or directions of the activity must be indicated in the paper.
3. Do not crowd your attachment. Send each activity one at a time.
4. Attach the photo or image of your paper or output in a vertical (portrait) position.
5. Avoid sending the same files repeatedly.
6. Do not resend acknowledged papers.
7. Attach the whole activity in one email.
8. Papers must be hand-written.
9. Take note of the given feedback to improve your paper.
10. Observe the prescribed format in writing a special paper (Thought Paper/Case Analysis).
11. Submission is different from accepted. Acknowledgment means your paper is accepted
and that you have passed the activity or task.
