Dear Sir,

As per your claim dated on 5 August 2021, about the defect in Camera we would like to
apologize that we won’t be able to get it exchanged.

After the inspection of the camera, we found the defect occurred due to some mishandling
and also as per company policies we are not allowed to exchange any item bought after a
period of 3 months. We can at least help you get it repaired at a discount of 20%.
