Draft proposal for business rules and modules of EPS

Easy Payment System(EPS) as a payment service operator (PSO) permitted by

Bangladesh Bank perfrom banks internal, external and POS services money transfer
around 24 hours in a day. These transactions in a day continue till 11.59 PM and
these will be satteled in the next day 10 AM positivly means T+1 system. The
intarnal and external charges of a bank ...............?

1.Internal fund tranfer charges of bank is TK-5.00(including Vat) for EPS.

2. In inter bank transactions Easy Payment System(EPS) can claim TK-10

(Including vat) as like as other banks transaction fee, which the sending bank
will collect from their claints and share it with EPS.

3. EPS can serve POS srvice in the market as a payment unit of the
customer. Easy payment system (EPS) will enter the MPSB by settlement bank by
dint of agreement with settlement bank and issue the point of sales service (POS)
in the market. If the customer use the POS to withdraw liquide money, in that case
EPS claim Tk-20 from the customer and share it 50%/50% with the sattlement bank.
If customer make payment by card using POS, in that case EPS, POS charge TK-10
and share it with sattlement bnak in 50:50 ratio.

N.B These charges will finalized after consuolting with goverment institutions and
service provider EPS.
