Subject: Complain about noise pollution in locality
Dear sir/ madam,
I would like to draw your attention towards the issue of noise pollution in our area
that is been increasing recently. This is creating a negative impact on the society like
health issues and disturbance issues.
Firstly, this noise pollution is created by some political individuals organizing cricket
matches with a loud DJ music which is creating a disturbance for school and college
going students. It is the biggest problem during exam time for students appearing
board examinations.
Secondly, the factories located near our area are creating a lot of noise disturbance,
it is causing health problems for elderly people. It also leads to annoyance and loss of
sleep for babies. This also leads to disturbance of citizens mental and physical health.
this noise pollution may lead to hearing ability of the people.
I would be grateful, if necessary, actions are taken on an immediate basis to prevent
people from hazards effects.

Subject: Assurance for measures taken on noise pollution
Dear sir,
I received your complaint letter regarding noise pollution, and I have verified your
concern about the same by visiting our area with the help of my official team.
Me and my team have started taking necessary action to prevent noise pollution in
our area. Starting with the concern of noise disturbance created by the politicians
during the public events, we have imposed a fine of Rs.10,000 and will be further
imposed if the same thing is continued.
Secondly, for resolving the concern about the factories making noise pollution we
and imposed and additional taxes on the factories which creates noise pollution, and
if such activity is continued then ban will be imposed on its production activities.
I hope that I have adhered to my duty and these corrective actions helped reducing
noise pollution.
